Are subject to change and may be affected by hair lengths, density, stylist, etc.

Appointments

Please be aware that a credit card number may be required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If 24 hours is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge for the full amount of the service.

Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Cash, and Checks
We do not give cash back on credit card sales or with checks.

Gratuities

Gratuity is customary for good service and is always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card or added in to the total of your personal check.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are exchangeable for other services. Not refundable and have no cash value.

Cell Phones

For the consideration of our guests, Please limit the use of cell phones.
